The PhD program Microbial Symbioses offers new positions for dedicated and enthusiastic students interested in microbe-host interactions!
Our students have a background in microbiology, microbial ecology, evolutionary biology, bioinformatics, cell biology, plant sciences, or marine sciences. They are interested in investigating the complex interplay between microbes and their hosts in an interdisciplinary and international research environment.
Diverse research projects are available, ranging from marine symbioses to human and plant microbiomes.
The deadline for the current call is December 1, 2019. Applications may be considered after the deadline if not all positions are filled.
